Debbie and Charlie Chivers serve people with disabilities - giving them opportunities to experience God, be included in the church, and build meaningful relationships with caring believers.  Charlie and Debbie share about their visit to Ukraine, where they were introduced to the pain of hopelessness so many people experience as they are hidden away from society.  In this report, the Chivers recount an impromptu chance to share the message of Christ in a lockdown facility called "the cage" - home to 60 men.
