The story dates back to the 1960s when John Harlin III’s legendary mountain-climbing father died in a world famous accident on The Eiger – John was 9 years old at the time and the event has haunted him ever since. Now, John is making this first climb in his father’s footsteps when his daughter is close to 9 years old. Also meet husband-wife climbing team Robert and Daniela Jasper who joined John on this historic climb up the treacherous North Face.
