Duckman and George ‘The Animal’ Peel are back to bring you news and show reviews in the weird world of pro wrestling. It’s a pro wrestling podcast, with a decidedly Scottish flavour. On the show this week…

Duckman has been ill, so get ready for coughing fits, croaky voice and general wheezy chat from your favourite feathered friend. George on the other hand has hired a personal trainer to turn his life around, get rid of his lockdown body, and fit into his wedding suit in 18 months time!

Its not all illness and weight loss talk though folks, there’s a TON of wrestling chat to be had. The lads cover Andrade getting his release from WWE, the WWE Network move to NBC’s Peacock service and the editing of WWE’s past that is happening now and all the fall out from that.

WrestleMania weekend (technically 9 days now) is fast approaching. It’s ten days from the biggest WWE show of the year and they’ve FINALLY announced some matches. So the lads sit down and preview one of the least interesting WrestleMania cards of all time, they go over all the matches on both nights and try to predict what might happen. NXT Takeover is also a two night affair this year, so the lads preview both nights as well. There’s two Hall of Fame classes this year and the lads have a quick chat about who is going into the Hall of Fame this year, and just how dumb it is that certain people have been inducted multiple times.

The lads wrap up the show with the Random Retro PPV Review and this week it’s an absolute belter of a show – WrestleMania 19!! This is one of Duckman’s favourite WrestleMania shows, with two of his favourite WrestleMania matches of all time on it. The lads marvel at the sheer level of star power on the WWE roster at this time and how it truly was the end of the greatest era of WWE. Plus JR and King are at war with each other on commentary, Limp Bizkit rock the house in the most horrific way possible, and there’s one of the most famous botches in Mania history where Brock Lesnar tried a shooting star press on PPV for the first and final time! This is such a great show and the lads have so much fun looking back at what really was the work rate WrestleMania.

So sit back, relax and get some SATP goodness in your life. Thanks for listening, spread the word of the show and all that good stuff.
