Here's what you'll need for this fantastic dish:


300g lamb shoulder (cubed)

Olive oil

Greek yoghurt

Harissa 

2 cloves garlic

2 cm fresh ginger 


1 half tsp cumin

1 tsp turmeric 

1 pinch caraway seeds

1 lemon

1 green chilli chopped

1 green pepper sliced 


1 cup cous cous

4 spring onions 

1 red chilli chopped

Vegetable stock pot
