In this session, Elise Wulff highlights core concepts to be aware of in the back-to-school transition and suggests practical strategies for how to support your child. Tools and recommendations will emphasize establishing manageable routines and expectations for home and school, prioritizing and supporting self-regulation (for everyone!), supporting anxiety, and setting developmentally appropriate academic goals.

Martha McNulty then discusses the child care opportunities available through Mass General Brigham.
