Prior to her start in Teams Engineering in 2018, Rima had spent the first 13 years of her career building solutions in SharePoint while working at Northrop Grumman IT, Hewlett-Packard, and Microsoft Federal Consulting Services. She was also one of the founding members of the Women in SharePoint DC user group and previously worked at the White House Situation Room for 6+ years.
