On this Bonus Episode, Eric interviews Hells Kitchen Season 20 Contestant Sam Garman. Sam is currently an Executive Chef who works for Sodexo. At a young age knew he wanted to be a chef so hear how when he got a taste for the chef life he didn't want to look anywhere else. Also, even though he never watched Hell's kitchen but hear how he became intrigued and his process of getting on Hells Kitchen. Sam also talks about his ups and his down while on the show and what led to his ultimate defeat. But he did leave with a lot of new friends and expectations that he wants to uphold in his kitchen. Also we ask Sam some of your questions that we on facebook and hear his tips and tricks from an Executive chef.
