Uncertainty and volatility - two phrases Wisconsin farmers have heard far too many times already in 2022.  Stephanie Hoff talks with Chad Hart, Iowa State Ag Economist, who's known as "Mr. Doom" with some of his forecasts.  He runs down all the elements that are factoring in on the prices farmers are seeing for both inputs and finished products.

All farmers are getting anxious with the prolonged winter-like weather, but apple producers are trying to stay optimistic.  Taylor Schaefer talks with Steve Louis of Oakwood Fruit Farm in Richland Center on how he's trying to manage through this weather.  He says trees came through the winter in pretty good shape, and buds are indicating this could be a pretty good year - if the weather cooperates.Pam Jahnke shares a story from a dairy operation in Kenosha that's turned to solar power as a way to try and reduce overall farm expenses.  Talking with Dave Daniels from Mighty Grand Dairy about their investment.
