School bells are ringing and a new group of students is headed to UW-River Falls.  Pam Jahnke visits with Steve Kelm, Farm and Industry Short Course Coordinator at UW-River Falls.  He says the opportunity to bring the long standing program from UW-Madison to UW-River Falls has invigorated faculty and is energizing students too.
