Ben grew up in a Persian household eating this style of food and always loved it. He met Amanda Elliot, also co-owner and chef, who realized how applicable the cuisine is to farm-focused food after her trip to Lebanon 🇱🇧 in 2010. Ben has always been in the culinary world. His family has owned and operated Peach Tree catering for over two decades. When you head to beet box expect to see them having fun bringing new concepts and new recipes every day.
