The number one goal our clients set when they come to us is: I want to lose weight. Even if it's just a little bit, the vast majority of people seem to be seeking some amount of weight loss. In this episode Erin and Michael theorize why people often feel the need to lose weight and how this affects our approach to health--both emotional and physical.
