When the perpetrator’s DNA was put into the National Database, it hit on another unsolved murder. That of Kathy Hicks in Hawaii. Perpetrator Thomas Garner, a Navy sailor at the time of Pamela and Kathy’s murder stood trial for both murders. But the results were vastly different.
