Ashley met her Military guy while on a girls weekend in Sydney. They chatted via text/online for 6 months before even coming back together to go on their first date, dated and did long distance for another 6 months and then Ashley made the huge decision to leave her family, friends, business and life to move to be with her Navy guy. 4 years on and they are happily married, have added a fur baby to their family and are eagerly planning their long awaited honeymoon.

I talk to Ashley about adjusting to military spouse life, living in the city, working from home and the isolation and what she does to look after herself when her Husband is away.
