自由能原则（Free Energy Principle）与预测加工理论（Predictive Processing Theory）是当下在大脑与智能研究领域大一统理论的热门候选人。这一理论指出大脑在与环境互动的过程中，通过优化神经结构或采取具体行动，来降低本身的熵，同时提高对环境的预测能力，减小预测错误。这一理论不但能够很好地解释人类的感知觉，而且试图解释人类的所有行为。


如果人类只是个预测机器，那么在小黑屋的人还会想走出来吗？在小黑屋的环境中，人对外在环境的预测不会产生错误，人有什么动力采取走出小黑屋的行为呢？预测加工理论又如何解释人类主动寻找刺激、创造惊喜之类的行为呢？


这一期我们就来讨论预测加工理论会不会被关在小黑屋里。
