Tam Nguyen, an award winning entrepreneur and community leader in Southern California who have appeared on CNN, FOX, PBS, BBC, CBS, ABC, NBC, just to name a few, various Podcasts, documentaries and numerous Vietnamese media.

As the President & co-owner of Advance Beauty College, he and his sister grew the family business to now an internationally known beauty college where more than 40,000 have graduated from and many becoming successful business owners & influencers.

Besides previously serving as an Educator at the beauty colleges, he currently teaches as a faculty member at Cal State Fullerton's College of Business and Economics.  He has a deep belief that "Beauty Changes Lives" and "knowledge is power" and has dedicated his professional career to the Advance Beauty College mission of "Inspire, Educate and Give Back.

In the community Tam serves on the Advisory Board for US Bank- Orange County, OC United Way, and Cal State Fullerton Philanthropic Board of Governors.

He is also a loving husband and father of 3.
