Karen Petty Hold is a real superhero in the Design Thinking world. She is the Director of Design Thinking DC, Visiting Executive Lecturer at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and other academic institutions, a trainer at The Design Gym, Founder of Experience Labs, and an all-around wonderful person to talk to.  In this episode, Karen and Daniel continue their conversation about "The Innovator's Journey", diving into concepts covered in a recent paper that Karen wrote and a book she helped author which will be published in Spring of 2021.
