Melbourne Indie Voices is a choir with 240 regular members, founded and led by local musicians Phia and Joshua Teicher. Katie welcomes Phia back to the show to have a chat about the choir’s forthcoming debut album, Live at the Forum, and about keeping rehearsals going during Melbourne’s lockdown. You’ll hear a couple of songs from the album, along with new releases by some famous artists and some not-so-famous-but-just-as-great artists! Here is the playlist:
* Blood Type – Howlite
* Hard Femme in Argyle – Chloe Alison Escott
* I Miss You More on Sundays – Stephen Grady
* Heartstrings – Phia
* The Seed – Melbourne Indie Voices
* Nameless, Faceless – Melbourne Indie Voices
* The Absence of You – Tim Minchin
* Uluru Statement from the Heart / Come On Down – Midnight Oil ft. Troy Cassar-Daley
