Once you have the answer, you match your skills in a manner that the Interviewer gets swayed by your skills. Listen to your interviewer intently, don't take small innocuopus questions lightly. Use it to showcase your leadership skills and all that you have learnt on the streets. Remember that they are not looking for good presenters but someone who has excelled in customer experience. Go all out for the kill. You will never get a second chance.
