29 - The Manchurian Candidate - a podcast by mixedbagpodcast

We're back and we're bringing some conspiracy theories with us!

That's right we're doing our second Jonathan Demme flick (purely unintentional) with the 2004 remake The Manchurian Candidate. Featuring Meryl Streep channelling her inner Clinton with a hairdo to match, is this political thriller a Candidate for a bag or will it put us to sleep(er agent). Don't Liev the question unanswered as we find out which Denzel Washington can't have a single proper scene with Streep and how Jeffrey Wright got away with being so big in a close up.

We had a couple small audio tweaks with the new setup but it clears up after 20 minutes in. Please be kind.
