The guys are back with a 2019-20 Metro Division to preview. Unfortunately, they recorded Friday afternoon so the Mitch Marner and Travis Konecny signings did not happen yet. However, you can listen to their Atlantic division preview from last week.

As for the 2019-20 Metro Division Preview, the guys visit their previous format of grouping the teams into 3 categories. The teams that likely will miss the playoffs, bubble teams, and likely top 3 teams. This separates them so they can show the little difference between teams. In this edition, both Alex and Chace agree that this is one of the closest divisions out there. It lacks both lots of high-end talent, however, it also doesn't have a team that will clearly be bottom three in it. The possibilities are endless for what happens this season.

They start by grouping two teams that are likely due for regression in the bottom tier of their rankings. They look at what is in store and everything that would have to go right for them to make the playoffs. Then, they have the next tier of two teams that improved lots and one that stayed roughly the same. However, Alex and Chace agree that all three teams will need things to break right to see the playoffs. Finally, they look at the three teams that have a solid shot of seeing post-season play this year. Tune in for all of this and more, with the MnM Hockey Podcast!
