Courtney is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Associate at The Catalyst Center, Executive Director of the Ardent Grove Foundation, and serves as a member on the Board of Psychological Examiners, DORA Colorado.  She obtained her graduate degrees from the University of Denver's Graduate School of Professional Psychology Center and has worked at various roles treating and training on trauma in private practice, community mental health centers, and in crisis care in the hospital system.
