 The difference between a functional stoner and a non functional stoner is tolerance. Regular users, medical users, develop a tolerance to cannabis which makes them really able to function in society with cannabinoids and THC in their system, but it also leads to more cannabis being necessary to achieve the same results, or recreational results.

Switching between methods absolutely helps! Sometimes it can be helpful to have a routine like, I don't combust on the week, or only use your vape pen during the day. Try switching up methods more than you already do.

Adding CBD to your overall routine can help. In fact I noticed my biggest drop in smoking after I introduced CBD into my routine. There are lots of ways to use CBD. You could try drops, which is what I did. You can also substitute a CBD pen for the THC pen during the day or something.a Diet Tolerance break: Try using hemp in place of cannabis flower for a built in tolerance break. You can also mix your hemp and cannabis to bring your tolerance down.

Finally, incorporate more methods - add combusting for recreation. Low dose Edibles for daytime use.The benefit of using full spectrum CBD products, or consuming hemp, is that you get a lot (not all) of the relief you are already using cannabis for, but you don't get that main high.
