Hey you guys we have Mary Marland on today's episode and we talk about pivoting careers, sustainable fashion and why it should matter to moms, and why she decided to start her own kids clothing line.  We discuss why Mary left her full time job on  Wall Street and decided to take the leap and leave to create her own environment and starting something from scratch and that is how she came up with the clothing line Wild Doves.  We talk about what it was like to transition from working outside of the home to staying at home and starting a business.  Some of the things we will be covering are  the value of both working outside of the home and also being home with your kids and understanding both sides. We chat about mommy guilt and how it's everywhere, from playgrounds, to the work place etc.  Also, how to start a business financially and what companies to use to help with crowd funding.  I hope this show inspires you to go after the career of your dreams and also to be more aware of what kind of clothing you are buying for your kids.
