Today I have mommy blogger, podcaster and author Laura Tremaine on the show. Laura gives us some great ideas on how to stay connected with our friends and even take it to the next level.  She talks about some fun ideas on how to go about this and get the ball rolling in your next group text thread.Laura mentioned that she has noticed over the years that women generally stop talking about friendships, either women get busy with their family and their career or maybe they have been hurt in the past and so they are afraid to put themselves out there.  Laura also brought up the topic of having an all encompassing friendship and why we don't necessarily have to have that.  That it is okay to have friends that are in one category, you don't have to feel guilty if they are not part of every aspect of your life. Lastly, we talk about why journaling should be your new habit of 2021 and why it's so beneficial not just yourself but for your relationships with others.
