How Do You Breathe?

Did you know that most of us aren't breathing properly?

In today's day in age a lot of us are in a constant state of stress. We may not even realize it  but this has A LOT to do with the way we are breathing.

Most of us breathe into the chest & exhale before we even give the breath a chance to make its way to the belly. Did you know that we're supposed to breathe into the belly first?

When you only breathe into the chest, this signals the brain that you are in fight or flight mode. Meaning, the way that you are breathing is confirming to your mind that you are in a state of panic.

Especially for women who've been conditioned to suck their bellies in push their chests out.

Take a moment and walk with me through this belly breathing technique.
