This episode is special to my heart. This Everyday Hero has been my Hero since day, she's my big sister, Danielle Dugan!

As a parent, she approaches her relationship with her son in a playful and open way. They laugh and make fun, yet they have the connection to be serious and vulnerable. It wasn't always like that, Danielle talks about the evolution of their relationship in her son's teenage years. 

Danielle is a relentless learner! she lives by the motto, "Progress over perfection." Being intentional about the little things of everyday are more important for your happiness than the big goals! When you stack up the everyday wins, you will find happiness and peace along your journey!
