NEW Inspire and Connect podcast is back and better than ever. In our first episode after relaunching we are joined by the wonderful Amy Bates from the Beauty Rebellion.

Alongside her two young children, Amy runs a successful retail business in natural skincare and has personally sold over £100K of products whilst leading a team of over 200 women. She is the producer of The Beauty Rebellion Girl Talk Podcast and owner of the Beauty Rebellion Academy.

Amy chose hybrid beauty training to offer flexibility and control to the women she trains to help encourage better work/life balance and always applying "work smarter, not harder" techniques in all areas of business. The Rebellion has evolved into educating beauty professionals in building clients self-esteem and having a positive impact on body positivity through better education and representation. The affiliate programme allows beauty pro's to represent their business as a driver of change for the impact the industry has on mental health by promoting positive body personal development courses and self-esteem building retail for clients.

When Amy joined us as a member in 2021 we LOVED hearing about her mission to bring change to the beauty industry and are so excited to give her this platform to share it here with us today. Our episode highlights we discussed....
