The most dangerous person in your organization is the person who is not fully utilized.   I obsessively review my organizational chart, I review my team's roles and I ask myself is this person fully utilized? If they're not I have to make a change immediately.  If you have someone on your team who is not fully utilized they will go looking for things to do to justify their position, this may be things you don't necessarily want them to be doing and it can be frustrating and challenging for everyone in your company.  Know what your team members are doing and think about what you need from them to move your business forward.
