Y’all! My hair FELL OUT OUT! I was a complete wreck!!!!! I cried. I yelled. I screamed. I flipped TF out! ⠀

And then I prayed. I affirmed. I researched. I turned to experts for help. I tried products that didn’t work. I found different styles for short hair. I studied the ladies on YouTube. I admired other women with long hair. I complimented them when they didn’t even know it. I gave thanks. Every week I washed my hair (ok maybe I skipped a couple weeks here and there). Mayonnaise. Eggs. Rice. I put weird and strange products on my hair. I accepted it. I trusted the process. I stayed hopeful. I envisioned myself with long hair. I got focused. I got intentional. And I did the work. ⠀
