We’ve spoken before about the terrifying reality that, sometimes, a person can be arrested for a crime that they truly didn’t commit. When evidence makes you look guilty, and you don’t have the representation needed to plead your case, you chances of being given an innocent verdict is slim. On July 5th 1981, a slasher targeting the homeless would claim two more victims. The next day, an arrest was made. But did they get the right guy?
