Cowboys have, since the dawn of entertainment, been the stuff of legends, television shows, movies, and novels. So much so that some forget that the life they lived was actually real, hard, and dangerous. On January 28th 1891 a cattle dispute ended the lives of 2 men and, with their deaths, came a legend that, to this day, is cemented in cowboy history.
