The second part in our series on destroying Strongholds of the mind. As we send out love each day we are destroying negativity and its lies. We are also having ourselves on the level of loves thinking in our minds which are always positive, uplifting and expanding. Love heals our hearts, regulates our minds, expands our awareness of ourselves while partnering with us to transform this world. In this we are taking down illness, inequalities, racism and the like. As we are battling these stronghold we are helping to improve the lives of people now and in the time to come. Never stop sending out love.
