“What other people think of you is none of your business, as long as you are doing the right thing” We spend so much time worrying about what other people think. This time spent makes us sick and so stressed out. Let me ask you a couple of questions:What benefits are you getting by worrying about what others think? Is the worrying helping you move forward in life? Is what other people think going to help you accomplish you goals? Is there judgment due to jealousy or lack of understanding?   I can almost imagine the answers to all of these questions. We all know that worrying about what these people think truly does not serve you and your goals and will only hold you back.  
Steps to stop worrying about what people think! Step #1  Create an understanding that everyone judges and it natural.  Step #2 Learn to see judgment as lack of understanding and not attacking Step #3  Realized that the people judging you cannot help you Step #4 Consider the source  Step #5 Stop judging others and be the light
