ABOUT THIS EPISODE:

Steve goes solo and interviews Carey Lowery. Carey is a strong endurance racer and has gained a lot of experience over her many years of racing mountain bikes. She enjoys racing several disciplines and has been quite successful, including winning this year's Maah Daah Hey 100 in August and then finishing the grueling, high-altitude Vapor Trail 125 a month later.

Carey also has been successful at many other races including NUE races, Queen of Pisgah, and more. Listen in as Steve and Carey discuss a variety of topics, including racing, training (and overtraining), favorite bikes, trails, and more.
