This episode features trainer Ken Anio Jr. and explores how he built his client base by focusing on relationships over transactions, and how why he’s so passionate about helping his clients dominate the three phases of the game.

Ken Anio Jr. is a former football player who played college football at Grambling State University from 2005 to 2009. He currently is a coach and a trainer who has trained hundreds of athletes ranging from the pros to youth athletes helping them to take their performance to the next level. Some of the NFL players that Ken has worked with are Russell Gage (Atlanta Falcons), Patrick Queen (Baltimore Ravens), and Danny Johnson (Washington Football Team).
