Doesn't my body drive you wild with desire? We watched Cabaret (1972) with our friend Darren Elms and we're here for the divine decadence darling! We take a deep dive and try to find out where Sally Bowles ends and Liza Minnelli begins. Liza belts out these signature songs like such a pro we don't even care that Sally the character is an untalented hack who can't hold a note. Michael York is dreamy as Brian (stand in for Christopher Isherwood) and Joel Grey is creepily perfect as the Master of Ceremonies. Life IS a cabaret old chum so come to the Cabaret.
