Leslie Latimore-Lorfils is championing the cause of homeless female veterans. Organizations like Final Salute (http://www.finalsaluteinc.org/) was founded to help homeless female veterans and their child by raising funds to provide housing and other support. The Ms. Veteran America Competition (http://www.msveteranamerica.org/) was started to provide a platform for military women to help raise funds and raise awareness about this crisis. The competition is over for 2017 but Leslie is still working to raise awareness. Listen to Leslie shares her story about being in this competition while being pregnant and taking care of 11 kids and a spouse. Congratulations to Leslie for being selected in the top 25 and more.
