114 - Killian Callaghan The Road Of A Professional Mountain Biker Part 2 - a podcast by Gareth Beckett

In Part 2 we chat to Killian about how Niall Davies helped move his career in the right direction and taught him so much about bike setup, training and everything that goes with it.

We get into riding and racing for the Vitus Factory Team and paying a teacher to drive him and a friend to Morzine (I did say there was never a dull moment).

Killian tells us what it was like to win the 2017 overall EWS U21 World Championship in Whistler and what the scene is like out there. Even though Killian was a World Champion he couldn't get a ride for the 2018 season. We chat about how this effected him mentally and how he fought off depression.

We end the episode with Killian telling us why he gave up mountain biking and partied with his idols. That was until Specialized called him!
