This is part 2 of a 2-part episode where I share with you 13 core fears that hold mums in business back and their corresponding affirmation to help you dismantle each fear.Last week in part 1, I’ve introduced you to seven of the 13 core fears and this week, I’m going to continue on taking you through eight to 13 core fears and their accompanying affirmations.

8. Fear of your own safetyAffirmation: “It is safe for me to have this business and I trust my ability to build my business with boundaries that honour my core values.”9. Fear of standing outAffirmation: “I am not here to play small. I do not allow fear or insecurity to run my life or determine what’s possible for me.”



10. Fear of judgment of your appearanceAffirmation: “I deeply and completely love and accept myself.”11. Fear of successAffirmation: “It is infinitely good and safe for me to be successful.”



12. Fear of failureAffirmation: “The results I will achieve aren’t as important as the person that I will become as I embark on this journey.”13. Fear of breaking the said and unsaid rules of being a motherAffirmation: “I release all negative patterns sand beliefs about motherhood from my past and from my ancestors. Through my business I am breaking generational paradigms that will pave the way for future generations of women in my family to live a fully expressed and abundant life. I believe mothers can be many things and I love my children with my whole heart.



These affirmations are powerful reframe to the things that you are more than likely thinking whether you bring conscious awareness to your thoughts or maybe you're not aware how deeply embedded these thoughts are, yet they are running the show.



I want to share these affirmations with you because truly the things that we are thinking causes emotions and it triggers a reaction from us.So if we can dismantle the thoughts and replace them with things that empower us, then we’re going to see the growth.
