The hormonal body... I have including a framework for the endocrine system, simplified. I will do my best to wake my endocrine glands with my Shadow Yoga, Feldenkrais, Chinese Healing practices. Things that you can do every day that will care for the pineal gland, pituitary, hypothalamus, thyroid, thymus, adrenal and sexual endocrine glands... you can do most of this stuff, just standing around and being aware of your inner space...enjoy.
