Bio: Originally from Austria, Josef Steiner has been living in Ireland for the past 30 years together with his partner Ciara. They live on 1.8 acres of land managing and working in a busy holistic health center, keeping bees and growing organic food in their large garden and greenhouses.

Josef has a great interest in nature, health, playing music, and martial art, and most of his activities and research are centered around those topics. He has a deep passion for breathwork, cold exposure, and resilience building and loves to support people on their self-development journey.
