Ken Honda was born in Kobe, Japan and currently lives in Tokyo with his wife and daughter.

After graduating from one of Japan’s leading private institutions, he soon became a financial specialist who owns and manages several businesses including an accounting company, a management consulting firm, and a venture capital corporation.

He started writing books about life work, life balance, wealth, and happiness in his early 30s. Currently, over 7 million copies of more than 115 published titles have been sold, and Ken’s readership is estimated to be 1 in 20 Japanese people.

He is also a successful professional speaker who has presented more than 200 seminars in Japan, Korea, China, and America.

In 2018, his books will be translated and published in more than 20 countries, including an original English-language book to be published in America.
