The alarm reaction is the first stage of stress response. From our present danger of COVID-19 to those who have needed to leave their home due to warm, unrest, famine or a host of other situations live in a state of alarm. 

Family moves to another country. Many families don't have the opportunity to see their family anymore unless they can access technology.
