We took a casual year and a half hiatus, but I am thrilled to announce we are back! I fell out of love with podcasting for a bit because it was feeling like a lot of pressure to constantly be creating + producing. I have decided to bring it back in a way that feels good, juicy + aligned for me. This is part 2 of a 3-part come-back series.

In this episode we're talking about the hard lessons learned when you are in a trauma response, are lacking embodiment in your work + are thus no longer an energetic match to the things you're desiring. My hope is that you learn from me + my mistakes rather than having to walk through the fire yourself.
