Crystal Samuels is a dedicated and passionate meditation coach who is making it her mission to help people use meditation as a tool to find inner peace, harmony and ultimately elevate their lives. She has had a meditation practice for over 20 years and was inspired to lead group meditation practices during the pandemic and expanded her services in 2022 to curate for corporate, individualized and elevated group meditation and wellness sessions.

Crystal loves studying, spending many hours in self-study., In her early life she completed a degree in business and then Master of Business Administration and now she is focused on finishing a Certificate in Foundations in Applied Mindfulness at University of Toronto.
