We sit down with the princess of the Vajra Winery Francesca Vajra, who produces the king of wines, Barolo. Vajra is arguably the most influential producer of Barolo and Piemonte wines in the last 15 years. Francesca visited NC and sat down with us to share the secrets to producing delicious Barolo. Francesca provides insight into how to respect your land and understand it's purpose. Oh, also how to work with and still love your family.
