Online Together 20 - 2nd August 2020 - a podcast by John Stephenson

Listen to the whole Service from 2nd August. Sung worship, a time of prayer, a Bible-reading, two short sections to drive us to action and two short Talks are the components you'll hear. At the end the Priestly Blessing from Numbers 6:24-26 is read and then everyone who was attending is prayed for by name.

Based on James 2:14-26, we are reminded that Abraham was called God's friend. He wasn't just an associate or an acquaintance. God was passionate about Abraham, just as He is passionate about you. Together we wondered what our epitaph will be. It could be like Abraham's! Because we have a relationship with God, we are going to want to do what pleases Him.Spending just a few minutes each day with God isn't authentic Christianity. Being a disciple of Jesus involves sacrifice and accepting that God wants to change our own lives. If Nuneaton is to change then we desperately need to change first.

There are many more details in the script to the Service on our website.
