We chat about the bardo, the time between lives where you decide with your personal guides what you want to experience and possibly transmute. Each one of us has a soul group we travel with through out time. We support each other in uplifting our soul, using the flesh to resolve karma and ultimately find a flow state. When the ego is integrated with the spirit, we begin to make lasting changes that we desire. This leads to enlightenment and a purposeful existence in this plane.
