This begins a series of Bible studies that we're delving into at New Life regarding various scriptures that are often misquoted, misunderstood or misapplied. Sometimes we hear scriptures used to back up an idea or motive that isn't at all Biblical or within that scriptures context.

Some scripture if used incorrectly can be dangerous.

In this lesson we look at Matthew 7:1 - "Judge not, that ye be not judged."

We're starting this study with a bang! This is one of the most misused and misapplied scriptures in the Bible.

We pray that these lessons help to understand, rightly dividing the word of truth and using the scripture within it's context as it is meant.

These will also help you to defend the word of God against those who would purposely distort it.
