I am going to show you how to lose stubborn fat, get healthier and be fitter in 1 post. Just make sure you take action at the end! Since I don’t know much about you all these rules will be a rough guideline 1️⃣Take your body weight and multiply it by 10= that will give you how many calories you need to eat to drop 15lbs (use MyFitnessPal to track) 2️⃣Take your bodyweight multiply that by 1 and that’s how many grams of protein you need per day. (This is important because without enough protein in your diet you will lose muscle and not the stubborn belly fat you want to lose…aka your arms won’t get tighter they will actually get more flabby) 3️⃣Start weight training- I recommend doing full body workouts 2-4x a week. Use barbells and dumbbells only. (The 10lb dumbbells you have at home don’t count) These full body workouts will help you speed up your metabolism and help you get stronger! 4️⃣Repeat 1️⃣➕2️⃣ every day no matter what don’t miss a day! That’s honestly all it takes…most people expect a crazy answer to help lose 15lbs but above all what you truly need is accountability! You need a coach and a team behind you to ✅Praise you when you do good ✅Make sure your form is correct and that you are getting the most out of your movements ✅Learn how to eat so you never have to rely on a fad diet again ✅Adjust the plan if it stops working ✅Smack you on your hand when you start doing bad to get you back on track ✅Keep you accountable to show up and do the work so that you can get healthy and fit ✅Take the thinking out of it (We do all the thinking you just show up and execute)
